Position Summary
Access Media 3 is looking for a sales person in a relevant field who is aggressive, self motivated, and a driven sales professional, to sell AM3's "bulk" TV, internet, and phone services to the Owners and Manager of Multiple Dwelling Unit buildings, including condos, apartments, retirement communities, and college housing/ The primary focus will be sales of Bulk services in new buildings with a secondary focus of "up selling" existing buildings on additional bulk and retail services. AM3 is an established and successful provider, looking to increase its reach and presence in the market area.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Sell AM3 TV, Internet and phone services in "bulk" to MDU buildings
  • Creatively develop leads from established resources and through cold calling and, influences decisions makers to choose AM3 services over competition
  • Hold building marketing events to increase penetration
  • Help coordinate management of account and transition of new services
  • Develop and implement events for potential customers
  • Work creatively to find solutions and develop opportunities
  • Deliver a minimum of 150 units of bulk service per month

Candidate must be an aggressive, strongly motivated self starter, with excellent communication skills and the ability to penetrate leads to creatively develop opportunities and develop relationships. Candidate must submit weekly reports, pricing requests, write proposals and be bale to effectively communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally, within the organization, and externally with customers. Candidate must project a professional business demeanor, and be familiar with the competitive set. Candidate will be issued laptop computer an cell phone by AM3.

Additional Skills
Strong oral and written communication skills, and ability to work independently and maintain strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power point

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in developing leads and 7 years total direct sales experience
  • Energetic, focused on achievement and consistent performance
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Willingness to penetrate customers and work in a variety of ways to develop leads
  • Punctual and detail oriented with ability to follow up with every opportunity
  • Valid IL or MN drivers license and ability to cover suburban and metropolitan area of Chicago or Minneapolis, MN
  • 75% independent field work and 25% meeting and office work

Compensation
Base salary based on experience, with unlimited commission calculated on achieved revenue - NO CAP!

Position Summary
The purpose of this position is to serve as an invaluable representative of Access Media 3, to be recognized as the primary contact for our key accounts, establishing a solid relationship with the Property managers and their residential tenants. The effectiveness of this role will measured by overall Customer Satisfaction with Access Media 3 as the primary service provider, and quarter over quarter increases in our product and service penetrations

Responsibilities and Duties
Maintaining a rapport with assigned key accounts in your assigned region. This should include but not limited to:

  • Developing a business plan for each of your 25 properties which clearly identifies new revenue3 opportunities for each property and defines a plan or the "how" & when you will successfully implement the plan
  • Monthly Customer communication & in-person contacts
    • Actively establish a regular and consistent status regarding tenant needs, actively gathering feedback of PM/tenant needs, pro-actively discussing key issues which may need to be addressed, AM3 updates, etc.
    • Pro actively work with operations to implement PMs suggestions and recommendations
  • Regular Tenant/Residential communication such as surveys, service updates, product updates, etc.
  • Seeking and defining new up-sell opportunities
    • Working closely with Marketing Communication Manager & Channel Marketing Manager to identify the best method to solicit offers
  • Seeking and defining new ways AM3 can increase overall Customer Satisfaction
    • Working closely with Marketing Communication Manager & Channel Marketing Manager on the best way for AM3 to demonstrably go that "extra mile"
  • Identifying Key Accounts who indicate an interest to add a Bulk contract for an additional product and service
  • Actively seek out negative comments posted on web by your key Account tenants. Identify the issues and internally champion resolution
  • Serving as a key point person in the event there is an unexpected technical failure or critical communication which needs to be distributed to your PMs and their tenants

Project managing New Customer/Property Conversion

  • Goal is to convert as many tenants as possible as quickly as possible in a 45 to 0 day assigned conversion window
  • Tactic will include, but not limited to:
    • On-Site planning meeting with Property Managers
    • Meet & Greet Tabling Events to Introduce AM3 to new tenants
    • Insuring all planned communication goes out in a timely basis

Trade Show Management/Membership Associations

  • Provide recommendations $ support respective to which shows/associations will add lead generation value
  • Coordinate pre-identified/approved trade show logistics/entry fees/membership fees, etc
  • Establish a rapport with key association contacts to facilitate AM3 exposure in newsletters, web sites, blogs, etc

The Success of this position will be questionably measured by applying the following KPIs:

  • Facilitating the conversion of a new bulk service to a retail property or the addition of a new bulk service bulk property contracted to another service
  • Increasing aggregated penetration of TV, INet & VoIP against your 25 key accounts (need to identify reasonable quarterly increases)
  • Converting a minimum of x% of tenants from a newly contracted property to AM3 during the 60 day conversion window

Position Summary
Access Media 3 is looking for a highly energetic and customer focused support person.

The Customer Service Coordinator has overall responsibility of providing level 1 & 2 support of AM3's Internet, Voice, and TV products.

If you are skilled in Customer Service and have a technical background, you could be our newest Customer Service Coordinator

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Primary support for Level 1 & 2 customer calls
  • Work closely with internal engineers and technicians to ensure customer resolution
  • Create/provide trouble resolution documentation as requested
  • Perform post-project completion tasks and billing reconciliation as needed
  • Ensures order activity to accurate and thorough

Position Summary
Access Media 3 is looking for a detail oriented and customer focused Installation and repair technician. This position will install, upgrade and repair residential and commercial internet, satellite and voice services

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Install and upgrade internet, satellite, and voice systems
  • Service, troubleshoot and repair internet, satellite and voice systems
  • Handle all customer complaints, questions and help develop solutions to troubles
  • Ensure all installation and repair work is done according to quality standards
  • Follow all company policy and procedures, adhering to codes, regulations, and standards
  • Be able to be on call as the schedule requires
  • Ability to meet deadlines, keep schedules, and perform to target levels in a high production environment

Candidate must be comfortable with heights, exposure to outside weather conditions and flexible hours. Candidate is required to be on-call 24/7 during a standard on-call rotation and must have and use your own vehicle (van, truck or SUV).
