The Seashells of Sanibel complex of 44 units is proud of its long tradition of providing a quality vacation experience at a competitive price. Part of the guest experience includes “in condo” entertainment via a wide range of television programming. Seashells personnel, board members and owners evaluated multiple cable and satellite based providers. Our review led us to select Access Media 3 (AM3) to install complex wide DIRECTV services. We chose to use a Multiple Family Housing (MFH2) private cable network connecting all units to four small satellite dishes.
Although the discovery of 40 year old, antiquated inside wiring created many challenges, installers worked diligently to clear all technical hurdles. Scott Welcome, our AM3 Customer Relationship Manager, invested significant time and energy to answer our questions and to develop an implementation plan that would address our needs. Scott has been very professional, responsive, and has partnered with the Seashells staff to deliver on his commitments to Seashells of Sanibel.
After several months of active DIRECTV service, the quality of the picture (HDTV), reliability of the service, and broad set of programming choices have been very popular with our guests. Given the success of the tv conversion, Seshells of Sanibel has recently signed a contract for AM3 to provide bulk internet services. We suggest other Sanibel condo associations seriously consider Access Media 3 when evaluating technology solutions.

I am pleased to write you both for two really good reasons. First to report the outstanding job Matt has been doing with the transition to our new service. He has been very responsive and on top of this transition. He has proven to be invaluable during this transition as I do not feel it would have gone as smoothly without him.
The second reason is the call center has also been great during this transition. There have been a few hiccups but over all the resident experience has been fantastic. I have been told by many residents that the call center and the onsite techs have been outstanding. Residents have said this is a night and day difference then what they have had in the past. I agree with these residents this has been a huge shift in experience for the better. Any efforts being done to improve user experience seem to be working.

I would like to express my appreciation for the assistance provided to me today by Regina in your Billing Department.
My DirectTV service was disconnected and I have spent the better part of 24 hours trying to get the service restored. Access Media showed the account was paid. DirectTV would then tell me it wasn't.
When I finally spoke to Regina today, she was able to review my account, quickly determine the problem and explain it to me. I am a new customer and did not realize that in addition to paying Access Media for the service, I would need to also pay an equipment charge to DirectTV. She was able to provide a breakdown of the monthly fees. Because of her assistance I was able to have my DirectTV service restored in a matter of minutes.
I commend her for her professionalism and fantastic customer service. Regina is a tremendous asset to your organization.

I am a Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor at a large mixed used development located in Chicago's River North community. Our building provides television and internet to our residents as part of their assessment package.
We have had AM3 since I began here and despite numerous offers, promises and incentives from other providers we wouldn’t consider switching away and here’s why;
I have been in this business for over 25 years and have had a working experience with numerous other providers. I realized fairly early on that once most of these companies have landed your account, they couldn’t care less about you or the quality of service they provide. That is not the case with AM3. Anytime I have needed information or an installation for new tenants or needed something special for the building itself, I have never had a problem getting that done rapidly.
On the rare occasions when we have had a technical problem, a team of AM3 technicians were dispatched and the problem was resolved before most people even knew there was a problem to begin with.
With hundreds of people to look after and a large building to maintain, having a responsible, efficient and cost effective company like AM3 as a provider means one less thing I have to worry about in the course of a busy day.
I highly recommend AM3 and I am very willing and happy to give my personal testimony of their services.

I am a new Access Media 3 customer and I just wanted to comment in on how highly satisfied I was with one of your associates, Salvador. He was sent to my West Dundee, IL apartment on the fourth of August in the early AM to set up Direct TV service. We encountered signal problems due to the highly forested area but that did not discourage Salvador. When one attempt did not work he did not give up. He continued to seek different options and execute them, finally finding success. He was very professional with his work and went above and beyond any satellite or cable service I have ever received leaving a great impression on me with the Access Media 3 company. AM3 will definitely be recommended from us onto others due to the winning customer service that was displayed. Salvador truly deserves recognition for his work.

Yesterday, I got home from work about 5:30pm and I was warmly greeted by 3 technicians setting up my cable television and internet. All 3 men were very friendly, polite, and professional. Once all work was completed, one of the technicians stayed and went through how to operate the television/video. He also waited while I started my laptop to ensure the internet connection was working. It was a GREAT experience.
